THE FOUNDERS OF KEMPSTON FARMS

Mother & Wife, Jamie is the creativity & love behind each of it’s flavors. You may recognize her — she is also well known as the owner of Nirvana Nail Studio located in Stillwater, MN, and for her involvement in her community. Jamie is always looking for, and leaning into opportunities to help lift others up with support & love.

She has a deep love for being in the kitchen and how it’s a place in our homes that brings families together daily—From an early age, Jamie remembers begging to lick the spoon & help stir the soup. She loved to help in any way - even if it meant doing dishes as a kid. Part of the fun was listening to grandma’s stories & the adult gossip while they spent time prepping dishes together.

In 2018 a new collective family farm became a place for Jamie & her family to extend the memories made together outside of the kitchen—planting together, harvesting together, learning & growing together in sustainability. Enjoying the fruits of their labor by creating apple cider from the apples grown on their trees, raising turkeys on the land & harvesting them sustainably for food, & creating new recipes with the fruits & vegetables they have grown together all season.

The farm brings Jamie & her extended family together in a way that extends their capacity to make memories together all over food.

Spending time together in the kitchen, visiting + working on the family farm has proven that food can bring us together. years of laughs and memories made while creating food together & fine tuning recipes is where Kempston Farms was born.

The Goette’s now enjoy working as a team together to bring you more Gourmet Goods from Kempston Farms, and are driven by their love to help you enjoy more moments shared over food with your loved ones.
